Research On Development Ideas And Promotion Strategies Of New Agricultural Formats In Henan Province

In recent years,the central Committee of the communist party of China attaches great importance to the agricultural development,and it is currently implementing the rural revitalization strategy.the new format of agriculture is the support to promote the construction of modern industrial system,and it is also an important part of promoting the rural revitalization strategy.Accelerating the development of new agricultural formats is the objective requirement to improve the agricultural modernization level in Henan province.it can not only accelerate the growth rate of agricultural rural economy in Henan province and improve the income level of farmers in Henan province,but also help to promote the agricultural economy in Henan province to develop faster and more effectively,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agricultural and industrial structures in Henan province.In this paper,several representative demonstration counties in Henan province's new agricultural formats are taken as the investigation and research objects,and various basic theories such as industrial integration theory and experience economy theory are applied,and various research methods such as investigation and research method,literature analysis method and case analysis method are adopted.the development situation,development stage and main development types of new agricultural formats in Henan province are summarized,and the problems such as weak hardware and software infrastructure construction,lack of overall planning and top-level design,insufficient capital investment,lack of talents for the construction of new agricultural formats,imperfect policy and regulations support of new agricultural formats,lack of innovative communication platform and the like in the development of new agricultural formats in Henan province are analyzed in depth.The innovation of this paper lies in: first,trying to put forward new ideas of developing Henan province's new agricultural formats,such as the coupling of interest communities and the iteration of life cycle;Second,it systematically analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of new agricultural formats in Henan province,and puts forward the development strategies to promote the new agricultural formats in Henan province.Third,innovatively put forward the three stages of the development of new agricultural formats in Henan province,namely,the gestation period,the development period and the opportunity period.
