Study On Cost Management For The Project Of The State-Owned Construction Enterprise

With the global integrated progress more quickly, State– Owned construction enterprises will participate international competition in wider scope and deeper layer. More and more keen competition requests a higher cost management level for the company. Because the most efficient competition way is to lower production cost and enlarge market share, how to cut project cost is an urgent topic considering that project is the cost center of company.The concept and general principle of the cost management are analyzed in this paper. Through the analysis of relationship between project management and cost management, it was pointed out that cost management is deadly crucial for the project and company. At the same time, the factors which influence cost are analyzed. Combining the estimation of actual cost, we can see that lowing cost is possible.Moreover, the present condition of cost management of State–Owned construction enterprise is analyzed in the paper. The problems were found out and the measures were worked out. From both company layer and project layer, we can take a system of measures, such as organization measures, economy measures, technique measures, etc. As a result, the State–Owned construction company can strengthen the competition ability.
