Strategies On Improving Innovation Capability Of JiLin Agricultural Product Processing Industry

The development of the agricultural product processing industry is an important part of modern agriculture. It has great significance on promotion of the building of new socialist countryside, liberation and development of countryside productivity and improvement of production and living. But China's capability of agricultural product processing industry is lower than the developed countries. Therefore, China's agricultural product processing industry is not developed rapidly until improvement on innovation capability of China's agricultural product processing industry.The key of revitalization of Jilin old industrial bases is to improve industrial innovation capacity. In the specific historical background and stage of development, to structure and enhance industrial innovation capacity play central roles to promote economic and social development. Jilin have the market of low level and the enterprises of outstanding performances in many industries, but industries are not formed or the overall industrial innovation capability is weakened. So to improve of industrial innovation capacity is an important guiding significance for revitalization of old industrial bases. In this paper, research object is the agricultural product processing industry, one of the five pillar industries in Jilin Province. Through the construction of industrial innovation capacity assessment model, innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry is analysed and evaluated. On the basis of this, the strategies and countermeasures are put forward to improving innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry, which have positive significanc for the development of Jilin agricultural product processing industry and whole economic.This paper, based on the theory of technological innovation, industrial innovation and industrial innovation capabilities, using qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, constructing the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity and evaluating innovation capacity of Jilin agricultural product processing industry , focuses on the following questions:1. The content and effect factors of industrial innovation capacity;2. The construction on the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity;3. The development status, the macro environment and the problems of Jilin agricultural product processing industry;4. The evaluation about innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry;5. The strategies and countermeasures on improving innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter I, Introduction. Based on an important social status and current urgency, summarizing the outcome of relative research on industrial innovation capacity, the theoretical value and practical significance of paper are illustrated. Moreover, the main content, logical structure and research methods are arranged.Chapter II, The relevant theoretical research. The paper sums up the theories about technological innovation, industrial innovation and industrial innovation capacity, and focuses on the meaning and effect factors of industrial innovation capacity, laying a theoretical basis of construction about the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity. Chapter III, The construction about the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity. First, the paper puts the functions and the principle to set up the industrial innovation capacity evaluation system. Then, on the basis of the meaning about technological innovation of agricultural product processing industry and the effect factors of innovation capability, this paper designs the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity from the input capacities, production capacities and support capabilities. Finally, the principal component analysis is chosen as this evaluation method.Chapter IV, The status and evaluation about innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing. Firstly, the paper analyses the status and problems of development on the agricultural product processing industry of China and Jilin. Secondly, according to the evaluation system of industrial innovation capacity, collected all the 20 index data of the 31 provinces, the innovation capacity of 31 provinces are ranked, using the principal component analysis of SPSS applications, in order to analyse the situation and problems of innovation capability Jilin agricultural product processing industry.Chapter V, The strategies and countermeasures on innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry. Through analysis about the relationship between industrial innovation capacity and innovation strategy and the types of industrial innovation strategic model, the paper insists that Jilin agricultural product processing industry should be based on independent innovation and cooperation innovation, assisted with imitation innovation and introduction and digest innovation, so as to improving industrial innovation capacity. Finally, about the problems of input capacity, production capacity and support capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance innovation capacity, which has positive significance about improving innovation capability of Jilin agricultural product processing industry.Chapter VI, Conclusions and prospects.
