The road engineering project is carries on in the complex nature and the social environment, it is a long construction cycle, need more invests, requests much technologies, the internal structure of it is complicated, it is also a construction process with widespread external relations. In this process, it has massive existences unsure factors, and would be changed; the risk from it frequently affects the engineering project's implementation. The road engineering project has many risks, if these risks can't be handle well, the owner and constructor will suffer enormous losses. Therefore the risk is an important factor will lead the road engineering project to success failure, in order to avoid or to reduce the owner's and constructor's loss, it is necessary to study road engineering project risk management.This paper considers risk management of road engineering project as the research object, and studied the content of every part including the risk factor analysis, risk evaluation, risk countermeasure. In the part of road engineering project risk fact analysis, this paper simply introduced the road engineering construction project feature, and analysis the five influenced factors of road engineering project. In the road engineering project risk evaluation, this paper simply introduce engineering project evaluation methods, established the project risk appraisal target system, the paper puts forward the synthesis evaluation mode based on multi-level fuzzy method. In the road engineering project risk countermeasure, this paper emphasis proposed aspects on the risk countermeasure: the project time management, the expense management, the quality control management and so on. Finally, this paper takes the Shatangjiang to Qisha first-level road, Fangchenggang, Guangxi road engineering project for example, after use the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method to choose a projects line, this paper puts forward the risk Countermeasures and the improvement measures.
