So there are so big safe risks in the project, and mainly exist following problems. Firstly, it is not enough to realize the safe risk existed in the project. Secondly , it is not enough to estimate the safe risk existed in the project. Thirdly, it lacks science and reasonable method or counterplan to handle safe risk. So, aiming at the problems in project safety management, it is necessary to reduce the frequency that safe risk takes place and the cost that the accident results in, through researching the method or technology.But the reason resulted to high construction accidents is complex so that if we want to know the reason of it, we should use the method of system safety engineering theory, intensively analyses the dangerous factors of building business enterprise, carry on aggressively estimate and evaluation toward to safety problems of construction, put forward the counterplans from the safety management system and management method and at last build up a perfect building safety early warning and control system. Only doing these facts that we can prevent and lower the occurrence of accident.
