With environmental protection being attached to much more importance increasingly, the greening of products and technology has become developmental trend and vital competitive means, and green competitiveness has become an important factor when we appraise enterprise's competitiveness. Food processing enterprise, which is the main fountainhead causing the conflict between environment and development, will be faced with more and more severe challenge of green problem. Environment protection will become the second key word being closely linked to the development of food processing enterprise after the quality. Green competitiveness has turned into the fundamental condition of sustainable development and developmental impetus of modern food processing enterprise in the future. Contemporary food processing enterprise's operators realize step by step that once they own some intangible green assets, their competitive advantages system will have much richer contents than common competitive advantages system.It includes the green value chain that is composed of the enterprise and future market, environment and consumption demand, which will make the enterprise own strong Market position and competitiveness.China's food processing enterprises still stick to economy growth route of resources. The traditional development manners characteristic of "high investment, high consumption, high pollution, low quality, low benefit, low output" occupy the dominant position. Environment pollution and resource deficiency are like two sharp swords as for food processing enterprise. Food processing enterprise's green competitiveness has been confronted with flinty challenge. To strengthen food processing enterprise's competitiveness and adopt a correct attitude towards environmental protection, it's necessary to make a serious study on China's food processing enterprises' green competitiveness. So fax, the basic research is very few on how to improve green competitiveness. The main aim of the text is to find the approach on how to promote manufacturing enterprise's green competitiveness and provide the gist for the relative departmental decision-making.There is innovation in the text: firstly, it concretely discusses and analyses how to promote green competitiveness on the food processing enterprise; secondly, it putsforward an analytical method of the food processing enterprise's green competitiveness; thirdly, it puts forward a series of concrete and valid countermeasures on enterprise oneself and the government, by analyzing the present conditions of Chinese food processing enterprise's green competitiveness deeply.Normative analysis and positive analysis are used by the text. The positive analysis is used for the description of the conditions and the influence factors on food processing enterprise's green competitiveness. The normative analysis is used for the research on the countermeasure that promotes green competitiveness of the food processing enterprise. And the analysis on theories and the actual problem are combined together in this text.
