Research On The Function Mechanism And Promotion Strategy Of Green Manufacturing Capacity For Green Manufacturing

Green manufacturing capability is a key capability for the sustainable development of manufacturing industries.The level of green manufacturing implementation will have a huge impact on corporate performance.This paper studies the issue of green manufacturing capacity,systematically studies the connotation,characteristics,compositional dimensions,action mechanism,and promotion strategies of green manufacturing capabilities of enterprises,helps manufacturing companies to correctly understand the role of green manufacturing capabilities,and improves green manufacturing capabilities,and thus improve the performance level of enterprises to provide theoretical references and suggestions.Based on reviewing the literature on green manufacturing capabilities,this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of endogenous green manufacturing capabilities,and proposes that green manufacturing capacity consists of three dimensions: green design capability,green technology innovation capability,and recycling capacity,and to explain the connotation of each dimension.By referring to related theories,a theoretical model of the mechanism of green manufacturing capability was constructed,organizational flexibility was introduced as a moderator variable into the analysis framework,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the mechanism of green manufacturing capabilities of manufacturing companies on green performance.In addition,the interaction between the three sub-capabilities of green manufacturing and the regulatory role of organizational flexibility were discussed,and the research hypothesis was further proposed.Prior to the empirical study,the measurement scale of the research variables was developed,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested in a small scale.The test concluded that the scale had high applicability and credibility.This paper obtains empirical analysis data by adopting a questionnaire and uses statistical analysis and structural models to empirically analyze the mechanism of green manufacturing capacity.The results show that green design capabilities,green technology innovation capabilities,and recycling capabilities have a significant positive impact on green performance;the three sub-capabilities of green manufacturing capabilities also interact and interact with each other;In addition,organizational flexibility in green manufacturing capabilities and green performance as asemi-regulatory variable,they played a coordinating role,and further revealed and improved the mechanism of green manufacturing capacity on green performance.Finally,this paper proposes strategies and suggestions for enhancing green manufacturing capacity based on the internal motivation and the role of green manufacturing capabilities,providing reference for manufacturing companies to implement flexible management and optimize the green manufacturing capacity mechanism,so that China's manufacturing industry can break through the current development situation,achieve sustainable development and gain a long-term competitive advantage.
