It is impacted extensive and far-reaching by the planned economic system, the staff acts mainly through binding regulations, and it is lack of a sound performance appraisal system. Therefore, we must establish the scientific performance management methods.Performance appraisal is an important aspect in the based work of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the internal and external business environment, this paper exploring performance management for enterprise from several aspects such as the nature of an enterprise, industry characteristics, management and development goals, and strive to applied the results of performance management and theory into practice. The study of this paper can be used for reference by other large and medium-sized power plants in performance management.
