Study On Cost Management Of Southeast Jin-Nanyang-Jingmen Extra-high Voltage Project

Given that the formation of the Northwestern base of fired power plants and southwestern base of water power plants comes into being, our country urgently needs to build the big national class net grid that is across the districts with big capacity, long-distanced and low-consumption. Especially the construction of the high lever net work grid of over 1000kv is much more urgent, caters for the need of rapid development of national economy. This thesis is based on the practice of construction management of UHV AC Power Transmission and Transformation project from Shan×i to Nanyang and to Jinmen, which is under construction. It's referring to the current problems which occurred in previous projects of power transmission and transformation, in this thesis, we commit some research and analysis in project cost management both in theory and in practice, which provide some valuable concrete management methods for the concrete implementation and control of this kind of project.
