In this paper, P3 advanced management concepts, the P3 plan and schedule control software is used, we have combined individual project cost forecast with ABC classification, and frame feasible planning of overall network, critical path, establish individual data acquisition system, thus substantially improved efficiency and management benefit, ensure that the safety, time, quality, cost and other factors achieve the best. And through practice, we summarized scientific management methods and ideas of power transmission and transformation construction project, looking for ways to reduce the cost of the construction project. Full use of technical measures, economic measures, contract measures to reduce construction cost, and promote the application.
