As one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,construction industry not only promotes the development of national economy,but also provides guarantee for improving people's quality of life.Construction market in China,however,tend to be saturated,and the new norm and national regulation of real estate tightening policy greatly compress the profit space construction,market competition is fierce,enhance the level of construction project cost control and controlled by the tradition of low-quality,extensive mode to high quality,fine modern control mode into construction enterprises to improve the key competitiveness.This study using the norm cost control,quality cost control,strategic cost control and earned value method,the theories and methods of cost control and so on,through the PJ construction co.,LTD.L construction project cost control for case study,comprehensive grasp systematically the L the present situation of the project cost control,control the project cost control were identified method backwardness,unreasonable organization structure,insufficient construction preparatory work,the lack of detailed studies for construction drawings,construction cost classification standard is not clear,the lack of dynamic cost control,project progress control,lack of the completion of phase cost control problems such as poor,and analyze the causes of the problem,the suggestion of the earned value method is applied to the project cost control,the Suggestions to improve the understanding of the project cost control,strengthen the management to control the project cost control,improve the project cost control of the organization structure,set up target cost control system,implement the cost control responsibility system,strengthening cost control informatization construction,and make the conclusion and prospect.Through theoretical research and case analysis,we can understand the important cost control method theory of earned value method.By analyzing the cost data,the cost and schedule can be controlled effectively.The earned value method is not only theoretically meaningful,but also has important practical value.
