The Integration Of Five Social Insurances: Basis,Obstacles And Inevitable

The integration of five social insurances is refers to integrating five insurances——including the endowment insurance, the hospitalization insurance, the unemployment insurance, the work injury insurance, the maternity insurance——to a centralized management mechanism.Based on the administrative cost theory and the efficiency saves theory , this thesis try to demonstrate that "Gathering five insurances into one" is the inevitable trend for the reform of social insurance management. By comparing the payment pattern that collected by the revenue with that of regressing to the insurance agency, put forward that the social security system should choose surely to the later pattern.
