| The express industry is one of the fastest-growing-sectors in China according the particularly rapid growth of the economy. The portfolio of EMS grow by an average of 33.6% a year in real terms between 1990 and 2004. China, form one of the largest express markets in the world, with estimated revenues over RMB 50 billion, in 2006 .The express industry globally is estimated to have generated total sales revenue of US$130 billion in 2003. The express industry makes significant direct contribution to the global economy. Its direct contribution to world GDP was US$64 billion in 2003 -double that of the electrical appliances industry and almost 50% lager than the shipbuilding industry.The national express enterprises are all in inferior position competing with the international express enterprises for the opening express market. One of the most important factors is that the national express enterprises haven't the powerful express information systems, which are the central nervous system of express enterprise. The information flow is faster than the logistics under the support of the express information systems.As one of the outstanding national express enterprises, XFExpress should construct the advanced express information systems for keeping the competitive advantage. Based on the conception of information flow, this paper first analyses the relationship and cooperation of the XFExpress information systems, and then construct the model in accordance with the requirements of XFExpress,which is helpful for the construction and perfection of the XFExpress information systems.The contents of the first part are the introduction of the present situation of national and international express industry and the basis theory of the express industry. The contents of the second part are the analysis the bottle-neck of the current XFExpress information systems for the future of XFExpress, analysis the features of the construction and the cooperation of the systems, bringing forward the detailed requirements of the advanced express information systems for the faster information flow. Finally, creating the model of the XFExpress information systems is the content of the last part.The following is the features of this paper. First, it based on the conception of information flow.
