Taking the long-term development of tobacco industry into consideration, the author of this dissertation probes into methods of constructing the integrated supply chain by applying theories concerning Supply Chain Management and Modern Logistics, aiming at promoting the development of logistics construction, achieving coordination of information flow, logistics and fund flow, and enhancing the overall competitive power of the tobacco industry.In this dissertation, the author, after a systematic analysis of the JIT mode, brought up the development strategy of China's tobacco industry. The author also proposed the concrete measures and steps of constructing the integrated supply chain.First, Measures should be taken to reconstruct the tobacco enterprises and enforce the Group Restructuring Strategies, to deepen the reforms concerning management adjusting and business procedure reconstructing, which is crucial to the supply chain management and modern logistics construction. Second, it is impossible to construct supply chain and modern logistics without the development of E-commerce. The author probed into the current situations of E-commerce, and proposed a basic framework of the operation of E-commerce in tobacco industry. Finally, the development of Third-party logistics is the natural result of the prosperity of E-commerce. The author proposed forming Third-party logistics companies, to accelerate the development of tobacco industry.In conclusion, the author broke through traditional concepts, and offered feasible solutions to such existing problems as poor management, weak competition, and repeated construction in circulation, etc., to achieve the objectives of minimizing the logistics cost and improving customers' satisfaction.
