The Redesigh For Tobacco Supply Logistics Position In CY Tobacco

As the supply chain management of tobacco industry develops, higher standard has been proposed in terms of the integration between supply and sales, industry and commerce, etc. The tobacco industry can only achieve the real high-level supply chain logistics integration between supplying and selling cigarettes by means of integrating the management code into the work flow, clarifying the organization structure, segregation of job responsibilities and administrative relationship of the three-level supply chain management organization, and redesigning the job responsibilities.The job responsibility redesign of logistics position (supplying and selling cigarettes) in CY Company which plays a significant and representative role in the implementing the supply chain management and the integration between supply and sales, influences all kinds of job positions such as management, technology, business, operation, etc., involves the headquarter, subsidiaries and cigarette factories (three-level organization) from the vertical point of view and relates to external clients and inner departments from the horizontal point of view. This case can serve as the model for improving other job position redesign in an effort to upgrade the human resource management.The importance of this thesis is placed upon Chapter3,4,5and6. In consideration of the research upon the job responsibility design of logistics position (supplying and selling cigarettes) in CY Company, the existing problems are probed into from the point of view of the failing manifestation of process orientation, the irrational job position and title categories, and the ambiguous scope of job responsibilities, while an effort is given in this thesis to working out the new standard for redesigning the job positions in the process of the logistics integration between supplying and selling cigarettes in CY Company. On account of work flow and work task, two methods of designing job positions are interpreted from the perspectives of inner characteristics, basic principles, scope of application, work procedure, the practical effects and relative supporting measures. The practical importance of job positions redesign is unfolded by means of promoting the supply chain management, ensuring the logistics integration of supply and sales and upgrading the job position design method, etc.The new design method for the job position of supplying and selling cigarettes which is put forward in this thesis on the basis of work flow, proposes the principle of "process orientation, systematic thinking and dynamic management" and the process of "analyzing the work process, determining the key nodes in the work process, restructuring the work process, etc."to achieve the redesign of the job position. The application of the new designing method will improve and optimize the traditional job position design method which is based upon work task and functional responsibility from a broad and comprehensive perspective.
