As the investment in infrastructure has developed vigorously, building materials industry has also achieved rapid development, but at the same time there are also many constraints, where one of the most important factors is the building material logistics. As a third party source of profits, building material logistics have an obvious impact on the upgrading of building materials industry structure. It has been paid more and more attention by governments and enterprises. However, many parts have been involved in the engineering projects, and it also has the characteristics of supply chain. All of this makes the operation and management in the building material logistics relatively complex. During the development of building materials industry, there exist many problems to be solved, which are directly related to the efficiency of building material logistics. For example, how to create benefits combined with the logistics industry, especially the operation and management in the organizational structure of building material logistics alliances.Firstly, building material logistics dynamic alliance is defined by learning from the theories of construction supply chain, dynamic alliance and building material logistics, and the management in the building material logistics is identified based on the specific projects, including relationship management among the construction unit, building materials suppliers, contractors, logistics service provider, and business process management involved in the building material logistics. Business process management contains the fair distribution of task, profit and risk in the building material logistics dynamic alliance; it takes relationship building and information communication for focus management. On this basis, the formation steps of building material logistics alliance is proposed in the dissertation, and the selecting method for alliance member, especially the partner selection of building materials logistics, including the establishment of evaluation index system and evaluation of building materials logistics system, and eventually the selection of the optimal combination of coalition members is also described in the dissertation. Finally, an in-depth study on organization and operation of logistics structure is supported by a case study, and the formation of building material logistics dynamic alliance, practical application of building materials supply alliance selection, especially the selection of the contractor union and supply union is explained in the dissertation, and quantitative description is made on building materials suppliers.
