| Firstly, this paper defines the concept of Technical Barrier to Trade(TBT), then based on an introduction to the TBTs cause of formation and the government's intervention., the paper analyzes the TBTs generative mechanism, and the long-term and short-term economic effects of it. Secondly, it shows the export status quo of China Electromechanical Industries, and introduces existing TBTs of main developed countries which greatly impact export of Electromechanical Industry in China. Moreover, to take the industry of TV set and refrigerator, the paper analyzes the influence on export of Electromechanical Industry in China to TBTs, combined with the long-term and short-term economic effects. Finally puts forward some proposals for government and enterprises, so that the export of electromechanical products breaks theTechnical Barrier to Trade. |
