| This thesis is departed into 5 parts. Firstly, based on an introduction to international standards of Technical Barrier to Trade (TBT) and related rules and laws, this paper pays attention on introducing existing TBTs of main developed countries which greatly impact export competitive power of Electromechanical Industry in China, and analyzes the encumbrance mechanism of TBT. Moreover, the paper then shows the export status quo of China Electromechanical Industries, the various performance and impact of the export of electromechanical products to TBTs, combined with Wenzhou lighter case to analyze the feasibility of avoiding TBT the Technical Barrier. Finally puts forward some specific and feasible countermeasures for government and enterprises, so that the electromechanical enterprises can take special means adapt to their own characteristic to avoid the Technical Barrier. |
