Research On Technical Barrier To Trade And China's Export In Electromechanical Products

Based on a brief introduction to definition, background and cause offormation of Technical Barrier to Trade (TBT) and related rules and standards of EU,America and Japan, this paper analyzes the short-term and long-term economiceffects of TBT. Afterwards, according to development of China's export inelectromechanical products and the TBT they encounter, the paper then puts forwardsome specific and feasible countermeasures for government and electromechanicalenterprises in China to avoid those TBT.
