Net society is a new concept based on the fast development of Internet. This paper has a new starting point--ecology. The paper first put forward theconception of Net social ecology system, that is, Net social ecology system is a complex system which includes every aspect of the Net social, and it mainly consists of three parts: environment, resources and groups (individuals, populations, communities). It then discussed its structure and attributes, and at last studied Enterprise Cluster (EC) as a key point. Compared the similarities and differences between EC in traditional society and Net society, and then summarized the ecological attributes of EC in Net society. EC's life cycle can be divided into four stages: beginning, growth, maturity and decline. In this paper, I built three models: Output growth model, Number growth model and Symbiotic evolution model, using Logistic model as a prototype. The latter two models describe the EC's symbiotic evolution from the aspect of number and output. From the theoretical analysis and the models, we can see there is two main mechanisms impulse the evolution of EC: Interest-driven mechanism and Ecological balance mechanism. EC symbiotic evolution path is similar as an S-shaped curve, and this S-shaped curve is made up of many small S-shaped curves. Models are applied to two modes: Symbiosis-EC and adnascent type-EC. Then Symbiotic balance equation is derived, and its stability is analyzed. This model can be used to determine whether an EC is a stable symbiosis, and what the condition is. This paper amid at provide scientific theories for EC and government when they integrate control measures to avoid a converse of EC evolution. In this way, the Net society economic system will develop harmonious, persistent, andsteady.
