This dissertation makes a systematic study on the development features of the EMBA education in China. The academic explorations in this dissertation are as follows. Firstly, the development direction of the EMBA education in China is proposed according to its present status. Secondly, the author describes the features of the EMBA education in China, pointing out that the advantage of the EMBA education in China is mainly reflected in the fact that distinctive enterprise middle-ranking or senior managerial personnel can be trained with the help of advantageous discipline in the college. Thirdly, based on the applied analysis of the management practice of the EMBA graduates, this dissertation discusses the evaluation system of the education of EMBA in China and introduces the related development strategies.Characterization of the module education of EMBA is one of the important presuppositions of the release of the advantage in the education of EMBA in China. Orientation of the education demand towards the entrepreneur's characteristics in the development strategy, the appearing and fast development of the EMBA education and its distinctive market opportunity in demand structure have effectively played to the advantages of the module education features and entrepreneur's need of management practice, and got the competitive edge in the EMBA talents competition and enterprise management practice.From the discussion of the evaluation system of EMBA in China, the author holds that EMBA education in China should have the following development direction, i.e., each college with the help of its advantageous discipline highlights its own features, not that EMBA in all management schools tend to be the same in nature.
