This article take staff fair feeling as main object of study, in discussion enterprise salary system between wage structure and staff fair feeling relations.The article first proposed this research background, the goal and the significance, to, the West studied study about the wage structure, the staff fair feeling research have made the literature summary, and in the research massive literature foundation, proposed this article basic structure model and the research supposition. The research work is divided three stages to carry on: The first stage is the case research, mainly has made the quite careful analysis to the TPY insurance company present situation, makes a preliminary proof to this article research idea and the supposition; The second stage is the interview research, understood the staff fair feeling present situation and the enterprise at present wage structure, and between the preliminary confirmation wage structure and the staff fair feeling relations, have made the further consummation to this article research; The research third stage is the questionnaire research, on specific does deeper step research and finally draws the related conclusion.This research has mainly done following several constructive works:1. Under the Chinese culture and the economical background, to the wage structure essential factor characteristic meter, the staff fair feeling meter has carried on the example examination, has provided the advantageous reference for the next correlation research.2. Has discussed the staff characteristic variable the influence which relates to between the wage structure and the staff fair feeling.3. Has conducted the thorough research by the real diagnosis way to between company's wage structure and the staff fair feeling relations, provides the science effective instruction for this enterprise's wage reform, thus caused the enterprise in to profit from this research theory achievement in the foundation to appear the implementation reform plan.This article in studies through above draws the following conclusion:1. Enterprise wage structure including a skill achievements wage structure, postwage structure, qualifications and records of service wage structure and economicallybeneficial wage structure. 2. Staff fair feelings mainly come from two aspects: The distributivity fair and the procedural nature is fair.In each kind of wage structure, the skill - achievements wage structure to assigns is fair the positive role, is fair the negative effect to the procedure; The post and the economically beneficial wage to assigns is fair the positive role, fair not obviously affects to the procedure; The qualifications and records of service wages to assigns the fair feeling to get up the negative effect, fair not obviously affects to the procedure.3. Generally speaking, in the staff loyalty influence essential factor, staff's reward fair feeling played the very major intermediary role, namely the wage structure obviously affected the staff fair feeling, again obviously affected staff's loyalty by the staff fair feeling.
