Real estate sales is the central link of the whole real estate business activities,which is the key to real estate value creation and profit realization.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the sales of real estate sales staff,motivate them to create a better performance,fierce competition with competitors,enhance the enterprises in the real estate market competitive advantage,is the real estate business managers need to think about.Compensation of the real estate business sales staff incentive measures,is one of the most direct and most efficient,the most powerful,but the current salary system of sales staff of domestic real estate enterprises still exist many defects,such as unreasonable salary structure,low degree of personalized,the incentive effect is not enough,these problems restrict the internal the management level of real estate enterprises,weakening the incentive and management of the sales staff of the housing enterprises,which hindered the real estate business development.Based on the WK real estate enterprise as an example,through the investigation and Study on the current situation of the development of the salary system of the enterprise sales staff,found the defects and problems of the salary system,and then use the related theory and practical survey data for sales of WK company's compensation system optimization and provide strategic suggestions,in order to improve the incentive conditions the company's current salary,salary system in the promotion play a sales role,to achieve consistent interests of housing prices and sales personnel,mutual benefit and win-win.This article holds that the relationship between the salary system of the sales staff and other departments of the real estate enterprises is independent and can not be completely separated at the same time.Should pay evaluation indicators of sales staff into the sales department on the overall performance of the enterprise value contribution to consider,but in turn,the salary system of sales staff and other departments can not be confused,because of the volatility and risk of sales job,the salary structure,the Commission reflects the individual effort and level of performance of the sector should be higher.The innovation of salary system of sales jobs should start from the sales and sales personnel,the establishment of a scientific and strict salary index system,the sales of personal effort is highlighted,removing out the effects of uncontrollable factor,clearly define thepersonal factors directly affect the incentive compensation.The sales staff incentive and should carry on the spirit of encouragement,humane care combined,in the optimization of salary system at the same time,should also strengthen the sales staff on the emotional encouragement and encourage the development of occupation,so as to maximize the role of incentive pay.By questionnaires and interviews on the current salary of WK real estate enterprise sales staff,the related concept of salary system to do a comprehensive analysis,and puts forward strategies and suggestions for the optimization of the salary system has theoretical significance and practical significance...
