Research On Enterprise Strategy Implementation Control

Strategy is the most important thing that the enterprise should be consent, the enterprise's development rely to his strategy. And then, most enterprise spent more time to develop his strategy, on the other hand, there are abundant enterprise strategy thesis, But only make perfect strategy is not enough, the enterprise must spent some time to think how to make the strategy effect. It means the executive of the strategy is important too. Only the strategy be bring in to effect correctly that the enterprise can benefit from his strategy. So the execute of the stratagem is very important. About the execute of the strategy, there are less thesis to research it, so many enterprise knows how to make a strategy, but they don't know how to make their strategy come true. This thesis will try to research methods to help the enterprise to make a strategy operation which adapt to themselves. The study will use the Balanced Scorecard Card to control the strategy and hope the enterprise can find a way to build the strategy control system which they want. And then, combine with the IT technology, the enterprise can book software system that special for his strategy. So the enterprise can control they enterprise strategy more easily and more effective.This thesis has combined with the theory of the management and the real strategy case to prove the enterprise strategy operation and control theory. First of all, it described the theory about the strategy and the control, at the meantime, the thesis has introduced the BSC theory. From chapter 3, the thesis describe the AGFA' strategy and demonstrates how to accord with the BSC to divide the strategy, how to select to control point and the control standard. In chapter 4, accord with the control point and the control standard which selected, the thesis express the control point and the control standard in computer language. And then, the enterprise can ask the IT company to develop a set of computer system which is the enterprise strategy peroration and control system. The system may adapt to the enterprise itself very much, and this computer system can make every people of the enterprise engage in the strategy.The objective of this thesis is to find a method to help the enterprise make their strategy come true, and the strategy can be operated correctly.
