Research On The Current Status Evaluation And Optimizing Countermeasures Of NL Company’s Strategy Implementation

With the sustained progress of the society,the economy of the market has been developed unprecedentedly,in addition to the impact of the domestic epidemic,as a result,the competition among enterprises in the same industry has also become more and more intense,so as to cope with the huge pressure brought by the aggressive competition among enterprises and to keep the continuous competitiveness station of the enterprises in the market,the strategic issues of enterprises have become a major issue that influence the direction of future development.The dairy industry is becoming increasingly competitive and cheese products are becoming more and more popular in the Chinese market,with many dairy companies wanting a piece of the action,leading to increased competition in the industry.NL company which has a leading position in the dairy industry,has formulated a new strategic plan to maintain its sustainable competitive advantage in the industry in the face of the rapidly changing external environment and in conjunction with its own internal environmental factors.With the implementation of the new strategic plan,it was found that the implementation of the strategy was slow,the strategy implementation and expectations did not match well.In order to guarantee the company’s sustainable development,the necessity of analyzing and solving NL’s issues in the strategy implementation process,helping to improve NL’s strategy implementation capability,ensuring the effectiveness of strategy implementation,and solidifying the company’s competitive position in the industry has become increasingly prominent.All walks of life have shifted the focus of strategic management theory research from how to conduct strategy formulation to how to ensure effective implementation of strategy and effective control of the implementation process.How to effectively carry out strategy implementation is a difficult problem faced by many modern enterprises,and it is also a problem worth studying in strategic management of enterprises.Strategic management theory mainly includes four aspects: strategy analysis and formulation,strategy selection,strategy implementation,and strategy control.Based on the theories of corporate strategic management,strategy implementation,strategy control and the relationship between strategy implementation and strategy control,this paper uses literature research method,case study method and questionnaire method to understand the current situation of strategy implementation in NL company,sort out the problems in the process of strategy implementation and conduct problem analysis and research.It was found that the strategy implementation issues in NL company include that too brief communication in strategy formulation and implementation,unclear organizational structure and poor communication,lack of effective support from employees in strategy implementation,inadequate control mechanism in strategy implementation,and inappropriateness of the company’s new information management system.In response to these problems,we propose solutions including: clarifying the responsibility boundary of management,establishing a sound horizontal communication mechanism;improving employees’ awareness and recognition of the company’s strategy,strengthening the corporate culture;improving real-time control and supervision of strategy implementation,establishing a sound performance appraisal system and employee incentive system;improving employees’ awareness of the new information system,improving the degree of matching between the new information system and work We hope that through the optimization of the above aspects,we can provide a better solution for the employees.And we wish that the optimization of the above aspects will provide a reference for improving the current situation of strategy implementation in NL company,help employees adapt to the implementation of the new strategy quickly,and ensure the successful achievement of the strategic goals of the company,and also hope to provide experience for other related small and mediumsized enterprises.
