And meanwhile it brings forward its own idea: the key to establish executive incentive mechanism in state owned enterprises is that we shall promote the state owned enterprise classification reform, deepen the property right reform, provide executive necessary property right incentive, build up modern enterprise system with diversified ownership and form an effective enterprise legal person management structure.
