Forms Of Multinational Corporation's R&D Internationalization And It's Inspiration To China

Along with the development of technique flow and creativity,the internationalization trend of technical development and exchanges appeared, the R&D activity of multinational companies turn out to be international. Along with the strengthening of economic globalization, the international competition becomes vigorous, more and more multinational companies adjust their strategic structure, being engaged in R&D of new technique and new product within a global scope.At the same time, there are more and more researches on multinational corporations' R&D internationalization, shaping a well-developed system. The auther has studied a lot of research results in this field and found that most of these results lie in the motivition analysis, investment theory, region selection.Researches on forms of multinational corporation's R&D Internationalization, advantages and disadvantages of these forms,form selections are still few. Existing researches mostly limit in a certain aspect, still lacking systemic abstraction,.worse still, researches on selection of China's transnational corporation are even few, so the auther tries to offer some suggestions for China's multinational companies on how to internationalize R&D.The forms of the internationalization of multinational corporation's R&D are related with the state of company's mother country. So based on the analysis, the auther analyzes the characteristic of these methods,and then offer the necessity and the possibility of Chinese multinational companies'M&A of R&D.At last, based on the analysis of some cases,the auther put forward some problems appeared in China's multinational companies'M&A of R&D and provides some suggestions.
