Research On Quality Of Comprehensive Services Platform Faced On Lighting Culsters Enterprises

Clusters Enterprises is a economic model which distinct by region(chief town).It is the product of rural economy after more than twenty years reform and opening up,such as lighting of Zhongshan Guzhen,clothing of Humen,furniture of Houjie.Because of the inherent characteristics of economic and development model,quality of products of the clusters enterprises is not height,quality assurance and service is not perfect and the resources of information is lack.Therefore,research and explore on the model and applications methods of the third-party quality integrated services platform is of great significance ,which to give the service to the economic development and social service of the clusters enterprises.This thesis takes the clusters enterprises of Guzhen as the research object, and the aim is to build a platform. In the thesis, firstly, according to the consumer's practical demand and normal request of software, it expatiates about the analysis, modeling and design of the system, of course, including the realization of a B/S mode platform. And then, focus on the quality of corporate credit rating module, rating principles,contents,indexes and grading standards and the use of mathematical methods were introduced and applied.At last,the core issues is detailed discuss, that is measurement systems analysis of the ASP applications, including the theory and the improvement,the realization of the ASP model and the final application of the research.In addition, according to the consumer's practical demand, this thesis combined the business of the quality supervision department,testing agencies and advisory agencies to develop the platform which supported by the corporate and product information. The quality integrated service platform is stepped up to the layer of management and regulatory. Moreover, it realizes the innovation of applications.At last, the research is summarized, and the future further research on the platform is prospected in this thesis. In the same time something is pointed out that needs to be improved and perfected.
