Scenic resource is the vital natural and cultural heritages from nature.Its important status can't be ignored.The National Park System of China was firstly established in late 1970s and early 1980s, with the system's rapidly developed, problems were also revealed. The chief problem is how to deal with the relationship between resource protection and using.
