Study On The Ecotourism Planning Of Anjiagou River Basin In Dingxi City

The ecotourism is being paid extensive attention with the theory of "harmony between man and nature". Ecotourism is defined by the international ecotourism association as "A tour activity that has double responsibilities of protecting natural environment and maintaining people's living. Ecotourism is a sustainable development and its connotation is emphasized more on natural landscape protection". The ecotourism should respond to natural harmony rather than taking environment destroy as cost. The descendant must have the same chance to enjoy the natural and humanity landscape. Even, instead of destroying the existed landscape, the contemporary should build and provide more new ones.The thesis aims to integrate the notion of ecotourism planning with the ecological control of loess plateau. On the principles of multiple targets and values, the author makes systemic research- on ecotourism plan of Anjiagou river basin and build a set of practical and feasible plan method, so as to guide the ecotourism development of small town, reach a coordinated growth of tour exploitation and regional economy in loess plateau.Firstly, the thesis aims to analyze the natural resources, landscape resources and social resources to construct the ecotourism evaluation index system of Anjiagou river basin. Adopting AHP and blur estimate method, the author takes a systemic study on ecotourism resources in Anjiagou river basin. Based on the 28 valuation indices provided, the weight of each factor by AHP is gained. According to that, the comprehensive evaluation model and the evaluation standard of grass-roots factors are built up. Based on this, the ecotourism resources of Anjiagou river basin get a 6.425 mark of synthetical evaluation, which means it accords to the development situation of this basin and the region is fit to carry out ecotourism exploitation. However, improvement of some development condition should be made due to the restriction of the basic facilities such as traffic facility. Secondly, in the study of landscape, ecology, aesthetic, ecological economics and sustainable development theories, based on the principle of ecotourism planning and the planning process, a planning process which is suitable to Anjiagou river basin is proposed, the ecotourism with the theme of ecological leisure tour and ecological education should be developed, the consciousness of environmental protection should be advocated in the whole society, and a scientific reference on how to develop the resources in loess plateau is offered.
