The Analysis Of Benefit Counterparts' Conficts In The Process Of Chinese Forestry FDI

The forestry is the basic industry and public utility, which is undertaking the main task of ecological building and forest product supplying.At the same time, it is also a feeble industry with obvious characteristics. In order to get sustainable development, the multi-factor function from direct foreign investment policies drives the development of forestry FDI since China entereing WTO and globle business. However, there are many embarresments in the process of China forestry FDI, because of the conficts caused by the benefit counterparts'different aims and manners. These embarresments are small FDI scal, resonless structure, difficty in unite-management and social responsibility problems. In the article, first the scale and structure of foreign direct investment in forestry is introduced; and then the benefit counterparts in China forestry FDI are defined and their demand and supply is analyzed; At last, some conclusions and macroscopical, mid-macroscopical and microcosmic suggestions are provided based on the analysis of the benefit counterparts'conficts. In order to develop the forestry industry, the government should .do their best to improve the forestry FDI through consummating function,.corresponding beniefit counterparts'ains and participating in the project.
