Today the training and development of enterprises has been a time-topic. It is a significant theme to research into the module of training and development of enterprises. So-called the module of training development means the round-up notion of which is way in layput and design of both of framework and operation, under some culture and system environment, based specific given training culture philosophy . The researching from the scholars and specialists at home and abroad , in the training and development of enterprises , more is focused on the operation level module , in which there has hardly the overall researching view in this domain . At least, there is less study in framework level related to this theme. Generally, the module of training development of enterprises can be known as the training system of enterprises.In this dissertation author analyzed the training result of enterprises and the reason of less training result, set up a training development module on theory and method, mainly set up the methodology for both of modules on framework level and operation level, and demonstrated and assessed the module's value via its application in practice.It is importance of most to research into the module of training and development of enterprise. The study provide us a direction indicator for the improving the training result and developing training of enterprises. It will make for the training development of enterprises in systematization , normalization and specialization, make for improving training practice in pertinence, substantial result and vigor. It establish up the theory . aid. for training and development of enterprises.It is one of the main issues in human resource management and development to be short of training dimension and be deficient training result. Author indicate that quite part enterprises have less training result due to lack of systematization, normalization and specialization in training behavior of enterprise. The module of training development of enterprises consist of three parts: training culture, framework level module and operation level module , and including eight factors in training development. The static module of framework level, including organization construction, programme and courses system, policies and regulations system, etc. influence the systematization and orientation, and the dynamic module of operation level, including flow chart, management and method and so on. solve the problem of normalization and specialization in training behavior of enterprise, which both of them are interdependent . We can benefit from the updated theory introduced in this dissertation, in training behavior and application of macroscopical (on nation level) system of training development in Germany , America and Japan , when we need to build the module of training development of enterprises. Author expatiate the objectives, principle, content and methods designed in both of levels modules. At last, Author make the case study in application of this result of module study in CALT (China Academy of lunch vehicle technology , namely,The 1st Academy of China Space science and technology Group).Case study testify this study value in theory and practice , meanwhile it will help greatly enterprises and other organizations in improving their training result.
