Since China joined the WTO in2001, the Internationalization Level of China’s economy continues to increase. Chinese enterprises are facing new opportunities and severe challenges. It becomes a problem worthy of great attention for Chinese enterprises to gain a foothold and the sustained, swift and sound development in the environment of economic globalization. Strengthen staff training will undoubtedly become a fundamental, strategic and important initiatives to respond to challenges. The TW in this article is a state-owned enterprise who’s wakening up to realize the importance to strength staff training in the background of internationalization.On the basis of in-depth study of training theory and combing, firstly, the paper comparatively analyzes employee training of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, elaborated the importance of corporate staff training in enterprise development further. Secondly, studied in depth on how to create training modules suited to their own development needs. At the same time, this article explored the problems existed in TW staff training based on the actual by the data collection, collation, analysis, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, and proposed optimization measures of TW staff training model by using training theories, techniques and methods, to provide a reference model for similar enterprises to establish scientific and reasonable employee training, and help enterprises get advantages of competitiveness.
