Residential Sales Office(RSO) is a new type of construction, appearing with the development of real estate industry in China. RSO is an important place for showing the strength of the developer, displaying the bright future of community life, holding gathering activities, reception to the customers, exhibitinging the estate, negotiating and signatory. With increasingly fierce market competition and the further improve of the consumer tastes, the early guidance and publicity become increasingly important in the mainly to the sale of real estate transactions. And then try to build guidance of the theoretical framework for RSO design to promote this type of theoretical research.Firstly, the thesis will elaborate on the development process of RSO, sum up the special requirements of RSO, through comparing with other similar types of buildings, to determine the positioning of RSO in the process of operation; Secondly, the thesis will discuss the relationship between the city and the community, and determine the location of the principle, from the perspective of the city and the community; Thirdly, through analysing a few typical cases, the thesis will find out special features on Functional layout, streamline design, interior space and outdoor space design; And then, the thesis will dicuss on the sustainable development of RSO, through the three processes on generating, using and ending of sale about RSO design; Finally, the thesis will dicuss on architectural creation, from creative environment, architectural styles, and the relationship between real estate , the brand and architectural creation point of view, and then put forward to the prospects of the RSO design.
