Study On High-rise Residence Planning For Commercial Development Of Large And Medium Enterprises Background

The subject of the study is high-rise residential estate development taken by big/medium-size enterprise background in Beijing. At the very beginning of the dissertation, the author makes an analysis of backgrounds including the history, current situation of residential building development in Beijing, and its development in the central area of Beijing. The dissertation analyzes the feature of high-rise residence and problems in is development. In the last part, the dissertation talks about advantages and disadvantages of high-rise residence and proposes resolutions to corresponding problems.It is quite necessary to have a systematic,scientific and practical planning theories and methods to be guideline for development taken by big/medium-size enterprises, in order to win a victory in the fierce competition of the markets.By taking the development practice of high-rise residence estate of CISRI as an example, the dissertation makes a scientific study of contents, methods and operational procedures of high-rise residence planning. The purpose is to find a practical and scientific planning method to develop high-rise residence for big/medium-size enterprise.
