There are many problems in the current construction in Forest Park, on the ecological factors, except for the economic, social and other factors, the problems seriously restrict the healthy development of forest parks. The influx of tourists over the area, beyond the area of capacity, seriously damaged the ecological environment of the parks and the development of the park.With the influx of large numbers of tourists, the Jingyuetan national forest park of the ecological environment has also been damaged in a certain degree ,some of the regional forest ecosystems are unstable. Also the air quality and surface water quality of the park have declined in a certain extent due to the entry of vehicles, chemical fertilizers, pesticide application, sewage emissions and other reasons. Therefore, giving effective management measures through researching the environment and tourism situation and existing problems of the park is the most urgent task at present ,and is also important means to solve environmental pollution and ecological damage parks.This paper analysised the ecosystem stability of the Jingyuetan national forest park from forest ecosystem elements of the environment, forest tree species biology, ecology and the age structure of the areas. And calculated the Jingyuetan national forest park of the tourism environment carrying capacity on the basis of stability analysis, considering area, lines and recreational facilities as the limiting factor. At the end reached the following conclusions:First, the ecosystem stability analysis:Natural forest ecosystem stability: Nearly grown-up and middle-aged trees in the indicators ,area,individual number and reserves, of broad-leaved trees and oak trees who are dominant species are of the main part. So the system is stable.Plantation ecosystem stability: Grown-up and ageing trees in the indicators , area,individual number and reserves, of Pinus thunbergii who are dominant species are of the main part. So the system is general; Grown-up and nearly grown-up trees are of the main part of the community that Larch as the dominant species populations. So the system stability is relatively high. Grown-up trees in the indicators ,area and reserves, of Pinus sylvestris who are dominant species are of the main part, but middle-aged trees are of the main part in individual number. So the system stable is strong.District block stability analysis: In the six blocks, the stability of Luyuan and ski resorts - ice and snow sports park are poor , stability of the remaining blocks are very strong.The dominant species of the core area natural forests and plantations have good adaptability, ecological characteristics are of most nutrients for the lack of resistance, drought tolerance and other characteristics, low growth conditions, and grown-up nearly grown-up and middle-aged trees are of main part of the community .So the system stability is strong.Second, the tourism environment carrying capacity:We also calculated the tourism capacity of each block and each time, and drew the warning figure of the sensitive spring time (4.20-5.20).By the end , the forest park management proposals and measures were given according to the above conclusions.
