The Study On The Composition Of Peasant Quality And The Ways Of Promotion In Building The New Socialist Countryside

In the 17th Party Central committee proposed to solve the problem about agriculture, country and farmer, which concerning the overall situation for building a well-off society, and must remain the top priority of the whole Party. It also proposed to foster the farmers who have culture, understand the technology and operate the business, which can exert main role of the hundreds of millions of Chinese farmers in building a new socialist countryside. However, at present, the important factors that restrict the construction for a new socialist countryside is that the overall quality of the Chinese farmers is lower. Therefore, it is the first thing that generally improved quality of the Chinese farmers in building the new socialist countryside. This paper discuss the problems about the quality of the Chinese farmers in building the new socialist countryside from three aspects.The first part: we pay attention to the relationship between building of new socialist and Chinese farmer's quality. First of all, we discuss the connotation and content of the Chinese farmers. Secondly, we discuss the historical background, connotation and meaning of the new socialist countryside. And we analyze the relationship between the new socialist countryside and quality of Chinese farmers. The emphasis of this part is to nail down the objective of the new socialist countryside, and propose the demand for the newly Chinese farmer. Consequently, it make theory matting for discussing the existing problems of the quality of Chinese farmers and the research for countermeasure in the later part.The second part: we analyze the existing problems of the quality of Chinese farmers and the research for countermeasure. We analyze of the quality of the Chinese farmers on the basis of affirm the achievement for the quality of the peasants. The key point is to find the existing problems and analyze the causes, and provide the reference evidence for countermeasure in the third part.The third part: we propose the countermeasures for improving quality of the Chinese farmers in building the new socialist countryside, which is the key point for the paper. Aiming at the discussion for the existing problems of the quality of Chinese farmers in building the new socialist countryside, we propose the countermeasures and suggestions that about improving the Chinese farmers' physical qualities, science and cultural level, moral, and law awareness. We hope this paper will benefit for the construction and development for building the new socialist countryside.
