Research On The Status And Stratage In New Socialist Countryside Construction In Wenzhou

To solve the problem of agriculture and countryside, the fifth Party plenary session passed《the Central Committee of the CCP about the Formulation of the National Economy and the Social Development 11th five-year plan suggestion》,which planned the significant historic task of building New Socialist Countryside. In recent years, with the urban and rural development of agriculture, the countryside came into a new stage, in which agricultural synthesis productivity obtained the fast promotion and the economic structure adjustment in rural society was significantly changed, rural economy faced all-round social development and have achieved some results. But it also has some noticeable restricted factors.This paper was written in order to thorough implementation of 17th,17 third session, carry out the spirit of some documents, conclued《about Advancement Socialism New Rural reconstruction Certain Opinions》passed by the Central Committee of the CCP and State Council (the (2006)NO.1)《about Comprehensive Advancement Socialism New Rural reconstruction's Decision")) passed by Zhejiang provincial party committee and provincial government (Zhejiang entrusts the (2006) NO.28). At the same time, combining with requests of《Wenzhou National Economy and Social Development 11th Five Year Plan Summary)) (Wenzhou entrusts the (2006)NO.44) and so on documents, advance solidly the step of Wenzhou new social rural reconstruction,. At the end, combining with the plan of《the National Economic and Social Development of the 11th Five-year program》(Wenzhou entrusts the (2006)NO.44), on the base of research on Wenzhou city, the author survived the actual situation of the Wenzhou socialism new rural reconstruction from development of product,rich of live and so on. And according to these aspects, the author analysed four advantages of our city:policies,econon,resources and job. But now regional resources restricts development of our city, and rural industry level is relatively low, regional society and economy is far from blance. So, according to research on new social rural reconstruction, the author proposed 10 important arms on new rural constructions, and gave related means, which helped explores the new situation for the Wenzhou socialism new rural reconstruction and get theory and experience on seeking the recent development content and direction.This full text was included five parts:The first part was literature review. We mainly introduced the connotation of Socialism New Rural reconstruction, conclused and summarized the research result at home and abroad, in order to find out the available experiences and lessons.In the second part, we introduced the present situation and common problems in Socialism New Rural reconstruction. After investigated, we summaried the superiority condition and restrictive factors of Socialism New Rural reconstruction in Wenzhou, to find out the porper countermeasure.In the third part, we put forward general goal of Socialism New Rural reconstruction in Wenzhou, which would provide theoretical basis for Wenzhou city.The forth part was the most important section in the full text. We provided the countermueasuer on the base of development of product rich of live and so on.The last part was concluding remarks and prospect. In this part, we summaried the full text, put forward the prospect of Socialism New Rural reconstruction in Wenzhou city.
