Studying On The Growth Of Third Party Logistics Enterprises Based On The Life Cycle

With the thoroughly development of knowledge economy in 21st-century and a rise of new worldwide circulation revolution, the logistics service is becoming a new economic focus as the third profit source. In the field of production and circulation, through improving logistics level to strength the key competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises are paying great attention on modern logistics management from strategy aspect. The flourishing development of TPL enterprises has offered the convenience to wrapping up logistics outside in enterprises. But meanwhile, the research of TPL is still relatively little and break-through of theory is still far from enough. Great majority mainly involves in function of logistics management, but less likely paying close attention to the issue of growth of TPL enterprise.Different from traditional enterprise, TPL enterprises have many new characteristics and it has its own special law in growth way. While explaining TPL enterprises on the basis of enterprise economy and management theory which is set up by traditional enterprises, we will inevitable meet some questions. So, this text attempts to proceed with TPL enterprises, through the visual angle of life cycle theory to study the situation of TPL enterprises growth, and innovate in the theory and practice to provide suggestions to the growth of TPL.First of all, combined with the theory of life cycle, enterprise growth and TPL, this text has put forward the theoretical foundation that TPL enterprises based on life cycle growth. Secondly, it discusses the three factors restraining TPL enterprises and four mechanisms affecting TPL enterprises; then analyses the characteristics of every stages of TPL' life cycle and discusses every entropy change of stage according to entropy essence of life cycle. And then gets a result that TPL enterprises can avoid declining and becoming extinct after ripe stage and the enterprise can return to growth again. The text proposes a model that TPL enterprise can surmount up the beginning growth in life cycle, high development, continuously growth. Moreover, it structures the evaluation index system of TPL enterprises' growth strength and uses AHP to carry on assignment to every index weight. Through the positive research, it estimates the growth strength states of TPL enterprise in different stages with the quantitative decision method of the commercial affair. Finally, it put forward suggestions and countermeasures that promote growth of TPL enterprises in macroscopically outside of environment optimize and micro subject inside of enterprise optimize.Combined with such relevant theories as management, economics, logistics and supplying chain management, systematic theory, this text has explained entropy changes of different stage in TPL enterprises' life cycle. And meanwhile combined with case study, it takes two methods to draw the conclusion, one is that summarize and combine with real example synthetically; the other is that study the problem combined with systemic and focal point.
