Research On The Growth Path Of TR Company Based On Enterprise Life Cycle Theory

Enterprise life cycle theory research received extensive attention of all countries in the world,with respect to its concept,theory and development process.But research on private enterprises is relatively lacking.The analysis of the content of this article takes the TR company as an example which belongs to the outstanding private enterprises.TR company was founded in 2004 and is currently the state-level high-tech enterprises.It is also the largest domestic box-type electric power production system integrators and the leader of domestic box type electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises.Although the TR company survival and development is not a long time,the company quickly completed the neonatal period,growth period,mature period of transformation,and quickly complete the secondary growth of the primary stage,again into the diversification of high-speed growth.Therefore,both from the theoretical significance and academic value and social benefits,the growth of TR companies in different life cycle has very important significance.There is theoretical research on firm growth path but empirical study is also lacking especially with respect to private enterprises because private enterprises are lacking of support of policy,market,capital,personnel and other aspects.They are in the fierce competition market environment facing the huge challenge to the survival and development,so the study of the TR company growth path analysis provides a notable research direction.This paper introduces the theory of enterprise life cycle and enterprise growth theory.Firstly this paper introduces the concept of enterprise life cycle theory,phase and performance.Secondly the concept of enterprise growth theory,perspect ive,and application is introduced as this article is based on enterprise life cycle theory of growth path analysis and lays a solid theoretical basis.In this paper,through literature search,field study and panel interview,the TR company collects relevant information,from the present situation,the enterprise culture,organization structure,business financial situation,expounds the development situation of TR company to judge whether the company is now growing stage,and puts forward the development of the company,provides the basis for subsequent specific analysis.Based on enterprise life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the TR company initial,growth,maturation and secondary growth of enterprise strategy,the main business,financial condition,etc.,analyzes the related factors of enterprise success,combing the management strategy of enterprises in different development environment,so as to get a concrete analysis of the business enterprise growth path.Through the above analysis,based on the TR company present development situation and the future,put forward the corresponding development countermeasure and management advice.
