Integrating with the crisis of sub-prime mortgate backed security, the dissertation uses case study to analyze the micro-enviroment and transmission mechanism of RMBS. What's more, some key issues of implementing RMBS which should be payed attention to are put forward.The influence of RMBS towards real estate market is the consquence of accumulation of socitety capital through commercial bank, which is an important carrier of transmission mechanism.
