A Research On The Industrial Integration Development Of Wuhan City Circle

With the development of regional economy integration both at home and abroad, the economic integration of Wuhan City Circle is on the fast track, which also has become the core industrial and competitive area in Hubei province. The integration of regional economy relies heavily on industrial integration known as the break-through of the deeper cooperation and economic development of Wuhan City Circle. To make the economic boom and industrial structure upgrading reach the maximum, positive coordination and further industrial integration are on high demand. Therefore, it is urgent for the industrial integration in Wuhan City Circle.This thesis, aiming to realize the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle, makes a deep study from these following four parts:Part I—Theoretical study. After making a run-through of the theories on metropolis region, this part probes the conditions, avenues and functions of the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle from five aspects: the developing area, the integration of regional economy, industry transfer and industrial cluster. It provides the theoretical basis for the realization of the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle.Part II—Analysis. Taking the industrial integration analysis as the cut-in point and taking account of the current situation of the development of Wuhan City Circle, this part first analyzes the industrial structure of Wuhan City Circle, then makes a SWOT analysis, feasibility analysis and trend analysis on the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle.Part III—Countermeasures. In order to search the operational approaches to realize the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle, this part designs the ways which can boost the realization of the industrial integration. The purpose is to speed up the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle, and thus to enhance the regional competitive ability, to help Wuhan City Circle become the fourth growth extreme of China.Part IV—Case study. Taking the high-tech industry as the most representative case, this part analyzes concretely its development in the integrating process of Wuhan City Circle, points out the existing problems and their causes, provides solutions and suggestions for accelerating the industrial integration of Wuhan City Circle.
