Since the reform and opening up, China has entered a period of rapid development, and the Development Zone, as an engine of reform and economic development, has greatly promoted the development of the city, which plays an important role in the development of urban modernization and the optimization of spatial structure. But in recent years, the domestic urban and industrial district planning and construction generally exist in the city, the imbalance phenomenon, this phenomenon has seriously damaged the balance of urban development, so that the city and the industry can not be coordinated symbiosis. This paper to find the problem, the research status of the final solution to the problem, combined with domestic and foreign related planning, based on the combination of urban and industrial optimization of the relevant concepts, and proposed the implementation of the implementation steps.China's economic development in a new normal, with changes in National Development Zone Development Policy, the Development Zone, its development stage Gan shift and intensive use of land saving, existing development zone development thinking and development mode of the development zone of development has been unable to adapt to the current economic situation. Development zone can not be a single development, not only need to complete the development of the region's own industrial optimization and upgrading, but also to take into account the development of urban functions, and promote the development of industrial and urban areas between the interactive communion.In this paper, Changchun high tech Development Zone as the research object, starting from the concept, connotation and theory as the starting point, through the study of the development stage, the fusion status characteristics, integration measure, dynamic mechanism, the Changchun hi tech Development Zone meet the development of the current development requirements and the future development trend of the specific path, combined with the development of China's economic and industrial development.The first part mainly discusses the research background and basic theory. On the basis of the basic theory, this study discusses the concept of the integration of production city and the Development Zone, and discusses the related research at home and abroad, and summarizes the practice and research results at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the development stage of Changchun hi tech Zone, through the study of the development background and related environmental summary of the development of high-tech zones, analysis of the status quo, to understand the situation of the high tech Zone, the evaluation of regional production city integration measures, and finally find out the existing problems of high-tech zones.In the third part, the dynamic mechanism of the integration of Changchun high tech Zone is discussed, and the external power and internal power are studied respectively. The external power includes the policy of the state to the Development Zone, the regional strategy, the scope of industrial development and integration. Internal research on the development of their own needs.Finally, it explores the spatial pattern and the implementation path of Changchun high tech Zone production integration. Through the analysis of existing research results and data, it summarizes the internal space layout and the integration model of Changchun high tech Zone, and analyzes the relationship between the high tech Zone and the main city space. From the industrial, residential space, traffic space, public service space, the definition of high-tech zone space model. From the perspective of regional relations and planning, to explore the path of high tech Zone production city integration.
