Along with the deepening of reforming and opening up, economic system in our country has greatly changed since the 1990s, so is political management system and social system. In the process, urban social grassroots in China has also brought shocking changes: "Danwei" has collapsed, construction of urban community has quietly arisen, workers have become community people from "danwei" workers and theirs interests become greatly.Based on empirical research, Persisting dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marx, the integration of empirical analysis and standardized analysis, the integration of macro-analysis and micro-analysis, we provide the paper with rich first-hand material and theoretical analysis. On the one hand, based on the macro background of "danwei handles social", we analyze workers' interests model, interest distribution mechanism and Expression of interest mechanism, so as to reveal the features of interests: single, one-way, authority and so on. On the other hand, we analyze the process of interest changes in state-owned enterprise reforming and community reconstruction, to reveal the drive of interests splitting and inherent logic, results of interests integration. The interests changes is the results of the promoting of community reconstruction and residents demand changes. In the early period of community transition, residents interests is in a split and chaotic state, in order to meet the development of all subjects, interests need reconstructed and reintegrated. In the process, horizontal and interactive interests become the driving of interests integration. They birth new interests and promote interests integration. In a word, in the process of community transition, households interests are conflicting, non-equilibrium, Dependence inertia, Scalability, mandatory, induce and so on. We should fully understand the problems, so as to take good measures to establish harmony interests relationship.In a conclusion, changes of residents interests is an objective process, which keeps the pace with economy and social development. Changes of households interests reflects the trend of interests development. Therefore, we should give an objective view on them, understand and respect them.
