A Research On Interests Coordination Of Information Content Service Industrial Chain

Information content service industry is an important branch of information industry,as well as a critical link in the process of information industry's structural adjustment.In this paper,from the angle of industrial chain,the author conducts an in-depth research on interest coordination in the process of information content service industry development.The research is based on two important assumptions.Firstly,classify the in-chain subjects into three types,namely information content producer,information content conveyer,and information content user.The second assumption is that dividing the interests into material interests and spiritual interests when discussing the interest coordination issue in industrial chain.Through this specific research on the this issue,the author hopes to confirm the interests conflicts existing among in-chain subjects,and discuss issues such as how to achieve effective interests coordination,how to balance the general interests of the industrial chain and the individual interest,as well as long-term interests and short-term interests.At the very beginning,on the basis of classification of in-chain subjects and out-of-chain subjects,the author respectively analyzes the various subjects' material interests and spiritual interests.Afterwards,following the logics of "the start of interest coordination,the objectives of interest coordination,and the paths of interest coordination",the paper analyzes the exclusiveness of material interests and the sharing nature of spiritual interests.Then,the paper describes the conflicts of interests and explains its characteristics.As a matter of fact,conflicts of interests can irritate fierce competitions between them,improving the efficiencies of both sides eventually.On the other hand,it causes losses and reduces the overall efficiency of industrial chain.Interest coordination can help to maximize the positive effect of interest conflict and minimize the negative effect.At last,this paper discusses the paths for interest coordination in information content service industrial chain,in the hope of exploring the feasible ways for interest coordination.By this way,a relative balance of interests might be maintained.This paper covers the following Chapters:Chapter 1:Introduce the background for the research and the significance.By reviewing the previous documents related to current subject,this Chapter collects and evaluates the subject-related materials as much as possible by the end of July,2015.Besides,this Chapter explains the research methods and technical lines of the thesis,as well as the creative keys and shortcomings.Chapter 2:Introduce the concepts and theories of the subject.First of all,explore the concept and the connotation of information service industry and conclude that it is the product of combining information industry and cultural industry.Then,analyze the concept and types of information content service industrial chain and classify the in-chain subjects into three types,namely information content producer,information content conveyer,and information content user.Its theoretical basis includes theory of industrial chain,theory of coordination,theory of transaction costs,theory of conflicts,and theory of interest conflicts.Chapter 3:Investigate into the interests of in-chain subjects and out-of-chain subjects and the interests of the entire industrial chain.Sort the subjects into the in-chain and the out-of-chain and interests into the material interests and the spiritual interests.In particular,it focuses on the material interests and spiritual interests of in-chain subjects.Chapter 4:Analyze the interest conflicts between different subjects of information content service industrial chain.The interest conflicts between in-chain subjects involve three similar subjects,namely between information content producers,between information content conveyers,and between information content users,as well as between different subjects,namely between information content producers and conveyers,between information content producers and users,between information content conveyers and users.In addition,it analyzes the interest conflict between in-chain subjects and out-of-chain subjects,as well as the interest conflict between different information content service industrial chains.All these analyses serve sound foundations for following studies.Chapter 5:Interpret the objective of interest coordination,namely balance of interests.Summarize the internal factors,external factors,and many other factors affecting the balance of interests in information content service industrial chain.The balance of interests covers three levels:the first is the balance of interests between in-chain subjects;the second is the balance of interests between in-chain subjects and out-of-chain subjects;the third is the balance of interest between information content service industrial chains.Chapter 6:Investigate the paths for achieving the interest coordination in information content service industrial chain.The paths should follow three principles,i.e.the principle of equality and mutual benefits,the principle of shared risks,and the principle of individual reasoning and collective reasoning.This part mainly focuses on the three kinds of ways for interest coordination,namely the economic ways,the political ways,and the legislative ways.In specific,the economic ways include the rationality of economic man,the pricing mechanism and supply-demand mechanism,the scale economy and effective competition,and the cultivation of market and expansion of demand.The political ways cover the government-dominated coordination and the association-guided coordination.The legislative ways mean the coordination under various laws,such as the law of intellectual property right,the law of anti-improper-competition,the act of anti-monopoly,etc.Chapter 7:Summarize the content of the thesis and point out the shortcomings.Present the prospect for future studies.
