| From early 1990s, the telecommunications service trade in China began to face competition, the monopolistic market ended. The telecommunication saw a rapid increase in its performance, after split-ups, restructurings. The regulation system has been well optimized and developed. But problems of the price regulation and the interconnectivity have not been solved.Since 2007, the telecom market has been totally opened to the foreign capital. The competition of the telecom market will be more and more fierce. The telecom regulation is facing new challenges, which have not met ever before. This dissertation introduces the former theories of regulation, studies the problems of regulation system in telecom of China.Firstly, this dissertation expatiates the conception of the government regulation and the basic contents. After comparing the foregone methods of regulation, the dissertation analyses the excellence points in regulation systems of America, Britain, Japan and Latin America from the view of market entry, price regulation, interconnectivity and universal service. Then retrospect the history of Chinese telecom regulation, analyze actual regulation system and point out the shortages. Lastly, combine the foreign experiences with the situation of China, put forward the aim of the innovation in China and point out some propositions to found efficiency regulation system in telecommunications. |
