Study On Public Finance And Taxation Policy Accelerating The Employment

The article discusses the ways to tackle the problem of employment in the aspect of fiscal levy policy. First, beginning with the statement of the relatively severe employment situation at the present time, it comprehensively analyzes the employment pressure coming from the group of new employees, the reemployment pressure of the laid-off workers and the employment pressure of surplus rural labor. Then it analyzes the relationship between fiscal levy and promoting employment from the viewpoint of economics. In conclusion, on the basis of references to foreign fiscal levy policies on employment, the author studies the current exiting problems of fiscal levy policy of promoting employment, and brings forward China's overall reform proposals of fiscal levy policy on promoting employment, in order to promote employment better and create a harmonious society.
