Walras economics have typical implemental characteristic, it construct an ideal potential economic world, as implement of analyzing economic phenomenon, and it become the first scientific economic theory. Keynes economics set up economics with modal characteristic through adding empirical hypothesis which aim at real economic world, and accomplish the task of interpreting economic phenomenon. In despite of different characteristic, Walras economics and Keynes economics have intimate relationship, the latter may be considered as an adjustment of protective belt after suffering from empirical refutation. The relationship of Walras economics and Keynes economics is reflection of the relationship of different theoretical characteristic.
