Research On Human Capital Contribution At The Regional Economic Growth

In the macro-background of economic globalization in the 21st century, human capital is gradually taking the place of physical capital,consequently, capitalized labor has been in the trend in capital change of this knowledge time. It has been well recognized in most countries that human capital has become the essential source of growth. Therefore, it is a way for economic development via increase human capital investment and accumulating human capital reserve.This text is concentrate on researching on the relationship between regional human capital and economic development. The article has reviewed the research results to the human capital on the development history of west economy at first,attempt to do a more overall survey to the development of the human capital theory;Choose the breakthrough point of the thesis on this basis,combine the characteristic of regional economic development of SUZHOU,choose the representative theory model and relevant economic variable to quantitative analyses the relationship of human capital and regional economic development through the regression model.This research attempt to combine theory analysis with empirical research,discussion the issue which focus on the relationship of human capital investment and regional economic growth, offer reference for regional economic development decision. Particularly, this literary grace measures the regression model with economy, make analysis to the contribution rate of the economic growth to the human capital investment of SUZHOU,then puts forward relevant policy recommendations and theoretical direction.The content of the article is arranged as follows. Chapter one is the proposition of the question, direct against with the improper problem of human resource distribution,this part research on the area which have relatively abundant human capital to maintain and have closed relationship between human capital and material capital, and analyses the impact of human capital investment to economic growth. Chapter two mainly do a synthesis to review on western human capital theory ,comment to relevant theory, and define the meaning of human capital study. The third part is choosing the representative human capital model to analyses,it is mainly Lucas (1988) about human classical model to the contribution rate of economic growth of capital investment. Combine SUZHOU economic real example of state of development analyses, chapter four chooses relevant time series data and economic indicators, quantitative analyses the effects of human capital investment to regional economic development of SUZHOU. The last part mainly put forward relevant policy recommendations and theoretical direction,so as to instruct real economy to run.Research into human capital in SUZHOU is helpful to change mode of economic growth, and a developing mode with human capital in SUZHOU will promote its sustainable development,realizing green growth, as well as to strengthen its power with a crossover development. SUZHOU should focus more attention in human resource for the objective to developed country,strengthen the exploitation of human source.
