Research On The Financial Issues Of Japan's High-tech Industrialization Under The Bank-based Financial System

With the development of the society, the high-tech industries have become more and more important in the economy, and gradually become pillar industries in a country. Therefore every country is actively promoting the development of high-tech industries. High-tech industry is a high-risk, high-investment, high-yield industry, of which the pace of development is subjected to the support of capital from the financial system. So the research on that what financial system can make the financing of the industrialization of the high-tech more convenient is very important.First, the paper analyzed the development level and characteristics of the high-tech industries in Japan, and also analyzed its financing structure before the financial reform. Then the paper analyzed the influence of the evolution in the financial system on financing levels of Japan's high-tech industries. After the analysis, it made a conclusion that the evolutional process, from the bank-based to the hybrid financial system, could provide financial support to the high-tech industries better, and also promoted the development of the high-tech industries. Finally, with the inspiration from the point that the evolution of the Japan's financial system was conducive to the financing of the high-tech industrialization, the paper put forward some useful comments and suggestions on the way to improve the financing efficiency of the high-tech industrialization in China.
